The Kindergartners had a lot of fun this week! We took advantage of the beautiful weather by going outside for many of our activities. PMP was outside during the week. We also were able to go to the park and collect leaves which we later sorted; we are going to start an inquiry on sorting when we return from break.

The students also really enjoyed learning how to make discovery bottles. They enjoyed it so much that they requested that we make it again soon. If you would like to bring more PET bottles in for that please do so.

Please enjoy your holiday next week. When we return we will begin our new unit, Where We Are in Place and Time. In this unit we we learn how our personal histories have informed our lives.

We spent observed and predicted what would happen to a flower if we added blue dye to it. The students made many predictions and illustrated the flower. Unfortunately, nothing happen to the flower. We will try again next time.

We tried some relaxing yoga this week. The students are naturals at it.
